Our recruitment process is unique in that we use a standards based selection system to evaluate all rushees, based on our 7 Core Values of Trust, Honor, Respect, Knowledge, Wisdom, Responsibility, and Integrity. If you live up to the standards, and you're cool, chances are good that after we've had a chance to get to know you, we'll invite you to join.

We're proud to have one of the nicest and cleanest fraternity houses in the Greek system, and no pledge porch. Pledges are paired up with one or two members and together they share a double or triple sized room. Our social schedule is packed; we have intramural football, soccer, and basketball teams, we host weekly events with classy ladies in UW sororities, and our academic achievement is among the highest in the Greek system. Thinking about the future? We're constantly networking with our alumni and successful local business and political leaders, and with over 2,000 alumni in the Pacific Northwest, you have a great chance at earning an internship for the summer, and an awesome career when you graduate. But the most important part is the lifelong brotherhood that you'll enjoy. Unlike a lot of other fraternities on campus, we're a united house with no division or animosty between pledge classes, and absolutely no hazing!
